Mainpunkt Guidelines for Warranties

The statutory warranty offered by Mainpunkt covers all manufacturing and material flaws of original product of Mainpunkt which were purchased in the online shop. The conditions of warranty can be viewed at any time at www.mainpunkt.com. The warranty only covers damages which in Mainpunkt’s consideration were not caused by accidents, improper use, wear and tear, modifications, attempted repairs, negligence, or disregard of the product-specific care instructions. The proper care instructions for our products must be followed.

Any product, which according to this warranty is deemed as flawed, can, upon Mainpunkt’s discretion,

  1. be replaced with a product of comparable value
  2. be exchanged with an identical product, if available
  3. be repaired, depending on the scope of damage of the product under warranty as well as feasibility and availability of parts

This warranty service is free of charge.

The flawed product shall be mailed to Mainpunkt. Please contact info@mainpunkt.com. We will send you a free return label via email. Mainpunkt is not responsible for any damages, loss, or theft during shipping.

Please keep your receipt in case a warranty claim is necessary. This receipt serves as proof of purchase and authenticity of the purchased merchandise as well as proof of eligibility for warranty.

These conditions for warranty take effect if no other special warranty conditions for certain products have be made. Mainpunkt reserves the right to change or adjust these warranty conditions, at its own discretion.

This warranty has no impact on statutory warranty rights.
